This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
β’ Develop and utilize a strong network among our partners to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
β’ Act as the expert on international expansion and global recruitment support for your designated region.
β’ Foster relationships with partner executives and influencers to obtain executive endorsement and valuable referrals.
β’ Conduct dynamic training sessions (both in-person and online) for sales teams to communicate the G-P value proposition and highlight client challenges.
β’ Connect partner-referred leads with the G-P sales teams, maintaining clear tracking and promoting mutual opportunities.
β’ 8-10 years of proven experience in sales or business development within a partner-driven or channel-focused setting.
β’ Ability to identify and cultivate relationships across various organizations, progressing from relationship building to tangible execution that achieves desired results.
β’ Background in working with or selling to the HR Tech, HCM, and Global Payroll sectors.
β’ Possess the skills, motivation, and determination to drive execution in a role where direct execution is not under your control but facilitated through others.
β’ Direct experience with go-to-market strategies involving HR technology or service offerings.
