📋 Description

• Oversee the Partner Development team.

• Implement partner development strategies across the UK and ROI.

• Ensure that the learning and development offerings align with business priorities and enhance commercial performance.

• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders.

• Advocate for leadership capabilities.

• Design engaging development experiences that support Partners throughout their journey.

• Drive change and translate learning concepts into effective development solutions.

• Regularly travel to stores and business locations throughout the UK and ROI, which may include overnight stays.

• Demonstrated experience in team management, coaching, and mentoring.
