This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service and comprehensive support to assigned clients and/or policies in the Private Client Services sector.

• Assist the Producer in pursuing new business and identifying opportunities for account expansion.

• Cultivate client relationships to ensure business retention and uphold high satisfaction levels.

• Generate new business opportunities for both existing clients and potential prospects.

• Initiate the renewal process and devise effective renewal strategies.

• Assess exposures and formulate specifications for marketing regarding renewals or new business.

• Conduct marketing efforts, negotiate pricing, and evaluate quotes and coverage options.

• Review insurance policies, ascertain suitable coverage, and identify any gaps.

• Summarize marketing outcomes and prepare, finalize, and present proposals to clients.

• Bind insurance coverage and either prepare binders or delegate the issuance of certificates.

• Examine policies and contracts for precision and accuracy.

• Create client coverage summaries and schedules.

• Review accounting histories, address discrepancies, and assist in receivable collections.

• Engage in the claims process as directed by management.

• Inform the Producer of client retention updates.

• Collect fees and resolve outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing.

• Ensure the agency management system data is complete and accurate.

• Perform other assigned duties as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in Private Client/High Net Worth (HNW) insurance.

• A valid insurance license is required.

• Must continue to fulfill Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with a broad range of customizable coverages for private clients.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

• Effective planning, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to build trust and effectively de-escalate concerns.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and promote teamwork.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
