This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement the go-to-market strategy for Snowflake's collaboration with AWS.
• Influence the GTM vision, execution, and alignment within the field necessary to boost co-sell revenue, enhance the joint pipeline, and amplify Snowflake's presence in the AWS ecosystem.
• Develop and refine the AWS - Snowflake GTM strategy, emphasizing pipeline generation, co-sell speed, and market growth.
• Lead field-level co-sell initiatives, empowering Snowflake and AWS sales teams to work together effectively on current deals and new business opportunities.
• Utilize AWS Partner Central and AWS Marketplace to expedite deal registration, incentives, and co-sell operations.
• Ensure alignment between Snowflake's solution offerings and AWS’s industry focuses, providing coordinated messaging, content, and field-ready training.
• Collaborate with Snowflake's Cloud Partner Sales, Industry GTM, and Solutions Engineering teams to create joint strategies that yield measurable pipeline results.
• Act as the global point of escalation for co-sell challenges, funding program coordination, and AWS Marketplace concerns.
• Create scalable enablement resources—including playbooks, seller guides, and joint value messaging—to empower Snowflake and AWS field teams.
• Over 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Cloud Provider ISV alliance management.
• Extensive, hands-on familiarity with AWS's ecosystem, encompassing AWS Marketplace, Partner Central, and intricate funding programs.
• Proven track record of direct collaboration with field sales and a thorough understanding of partnership dynamics at the individual account level.
• Successful history of building relationships within relevant business sectors and navigating a complex global organization.
• Skilled in using standard productivity tools to produce executive-level presentations and data-driven reports.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary to support partner interactions.
