This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Lead the team to ensure effective and timely execution of all customer engagements (Pharma and Agency clients).
• Serve as the primary escalation point for issues related to client/agency program objectives, concerns, and requirements.
• Support the professional development and growth of Account Managers.
• Contribute to the creation and presentation of top account Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Assist the team in deriving insights and recommendations to identify opportunities for program enhancement.
• Foster lead generation initiatives in partnership with the team and Sales.
• Ensure consistent utilization of the Client Success project management tool.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a team leader in customer success.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in managing Pharmaceutical clients and accounts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities along with strong relationship management skills.
• Capability to leverage analytics and data to support a value proposition.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce and project management tools like JIRA or TaskRay.
