This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +4 more states.
• Take ownership and manage the entire customer relationship for a portfolio of enterprise and upper mid-market clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Foster revenue growth, retention, and expansion within managed services and professional services.
• Create and implement account plans that align with client business objectives and desired outcomes.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in cloud, security, and modernization solutions.
• Oversee opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from qualification to closing.
• Collaborate with solution engineering, delivery, and internal teams to effectively position and deliver solutions.
• Organize internal resources to ensure coordination and a seamless customer experience.
• Track account health, recognize risks, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Uphold strong pipeline discipline, ensure forecasting accuracy, and maintain CRM hygiene.
• A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of enterprise sales experience are required.
• The ideal candidate may also possess a master’s degree with 6 years of experience, a Ph.D. with 3 years of experience, or 12+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Proven track record of closing and expanding services-led engagements, usually in the range of $500K–$5M+ TCV.
• Experience in managing and growing enterprise or upper mid-market accounts.
• Background in selling managed services, cloud solutions, or consulting engagements.
• Capability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying processes and align solutions with business needs.
• Strong knowledge of public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience in a cloud MSP, systems integrator, or consulting environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and VMware ecosystems is preferred.
• Experience in selling within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments is preferred.
• Background in industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Professional Services, Retail, and Gaming is preferred.
