This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients from the initial kickoff to the go-live phase, ensuring a systematic and timely implementation experience.
• Customize onboarding strategies to fit each client's specific business structure, tax workflows, and resource limitations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee precise system configuration and seamless data integration.
• Provide specialized training to functional user groups (preparers, reviewers, centralized pooled teams), ensuring they feel competent in utilizing the platform.
• Develop enablement resources and conduct live working sessions to foster internal champions and self-reliance.
• Create and implement adoption strategies by practice area to promote early utilization and expedite time to value, monitoring utilization milestones and highlighting high-impact workflows.
• Track usage patterns and proactively identify accounts that are at risk or features that are underutilized.
• Work in partnership with account managers to encourage multi-practice adoption and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Act as a trusted advisor during transformation initiatives, including suggesting adjustments to workflows, team structures, or offshore enablement.
• Assist clients in crafting internal playbooks and best practices to enable sustainable adoption.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors and practice leaders to establish and evaluate success criteria.
• Engage with Product to communicate insights from the client base and document potential enhancement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales and Strategic Accounts to facilitate expansion opportunities and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Liaise with Support for post-implementation requirements, ensuring smooth transitions and effective issue resolution.
• 3–5 years of experience in tax, tax technology, client enablement, or transformation-oriented roles within public accounting or in-house tax departments.
• Proven success in leading onboarding processes, workflow transformation, or process improvement initiatives in tax settings.
• 3+ years of experience with tax e-filing platforms, tax automation tools, or tax compliance software.
• Strong comprehension of complex tax workflows, particularly for K-1 reporting or 990 filings.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure accountability among client and internal stakeholders.
• Effective communicator with a client-first approach and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience with K1x products (K1Aggregator or 990 Tracker) is a plus.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to extract insights from usage data, client feedback, and system trends to inform strategies and guide transformation.
