• Grasping the strategic objectives of clients, essential success factors, and the culture of the organization.
• Offering insights to evaluate goals and strategies aimed at enhancing programs.
• Forming collaborations with key business stakeholders.
• Executing strategic account plans to pinpoint business opportunities.
• Spearheading the enhancement of Amex GBT's value proposition.
• Overseeing business planning, conducting quarterly and annual reviews, and managing the account on an ongoing basis.
• Investigating the market landscape and competitor offerings.
• Demonstrated success in managing global accounts/clients and/or project management.
• Experience in Travel Management Companies (TMC) is essential.
• Required experience with large market/multinational clients on a global scale.
• Proven track record in upselling products, services, and solutions.
• Ability to formulate and execute growth strategies effectively.
• Proven capability to create innovative solutions for entertainment travel requirements.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
• Strong financial literacy.
• Knowledge of Travel Operations is necessary.
• Comprehensive understanding of Business Travel Service Delivery technologies/tools.
