This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take full ownership of a portfolio of strategic partnerships with LLMs, Hyperscalers, AI developer tools, data platforms, and specialized providers to address product gaps.
• Conduct market analysis and due diligence, focusing on quantitative assessments for new partnerships and market entries.
• Structure and negotiate deals, including term sheets, revenue sharing, data licensing, API integration, pipeline commitments, and revenue guarantees.
• Enhance and elevate Mixpanel's visibility among our newest strategic partners, fostering alignment with C-level executives.
• Collaborate closely with Channel & Enablement teams to ensure seamless transitions regarding go-to-market execution, including co-selling initiatives, joint pipelines, and co-marketing efforts to drive revenue and branding.
• Manage inbound partner inquiries efficiently — screen promptly, route appropriately, and prevent distractions.
• Engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal, to finalize and activate partnerships.
• Develop and implement tailored playbooks with partners that yield aligned, committed outcomes, avoiding repetitive collateral creation, account mapping, and team socialization.
• Work in conjunction with marketing and demand generation teams to launch partnerships and campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and generating pipeline.
• Articulate and promote the value proposition with partners, clarifying our collaborative efforts, their significance, and who should be interested; while Product Marketing will offer support, this responsibility is yours to lead.
• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years focused on strategic technology partnerships, alliances, or corporate development; ideally within a hyperscaler, high-growth SaaS environment, or coming from a consulting/banking background prior to becoming an operator.
• Proven track record of closing structured deals: you have negotiated terms rather than merely managing relationships.
• Proficient in the modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Supabase) and the AI developer ecosystem (LLM platforms, agentic frameworks, vibe-coding tools, MCP Servers).
• Sufficient technical fluency to engage in credible discussions with a Chief Product Officer or platform team; commercially savvy enough to close deals; your role is not merely to set meetings.
• A natural sense of urgency and prioritization; quick qualification, clear points of view, and avoidance of committee-style thinking.
• Outstanding communication skills; capable of creating executive-level deliverables that focus on outcomes, are backed by data, and ready for decision-making.
• Practical experience with AI; you’ve gone beyond chat interfaces and have either built, shipped, or broken something in the process. You understand the developer experience when evaluating a platform and can engage in credible technical discussions due to your hands-on experience.
• Ability to navigate and establish structure amidst ambiguity; our impact scope is extensive and strategic — you must be able to translate company objectives into actionable initiatives while clearly articulating that linkage; you will not have a quota or predefined systems to rely on.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership qualities and the ability to take charge in driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales/GTM, Legal, and Channel organizations.
• Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Care
• Mental Wellness Benefit
• Generous Vacation Policy & Additional Company Holidays
• Enhanced Parental Leave
• Volunteer Time Off
• Additional US Benefits: Pre-Tax Benefits including 401(K), Wellness Benefit, Holiday Break
