This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with Spanish-speaking associates across designated markets.
• Oversee and assist a portfolio of partners, ensuring consistent performance and active engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the inbound team to manage warm leads and onboard new partners.
• Facilitate partner growth and development to enhance overall project revenue.
• Evaluate partner performance and pinpoint opportunities to boost engagement and outcomes.
• Offer partners customized recommendations and best practices to aid their scaling on the platform.
• Work alongside internal teams to guarantee a high-quality experience for partners and a secure environment for users.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing position — Account Manager, Business Development, Customer Success, Sales, or Affiliate Manager.
• Proficiency in Spanish at B2 level and English at B1+.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills when interacting with partners or clients.
• A results-oriented, client-focused mindset with a genuine sense of ownership.
• Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously, effectively organize information, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Preferred: Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Amplitude, alongside a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with CRM tools is essential.
• Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Canva is advantageous.
