This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• UiPath is in search of a Partner Account Manager to oversee and expand business relationships with partners in Indonesia.
• Manage the entire network of partners, which includes global consulting firms, local system integrators, and distributors.
• Dedicate most of your time to a select group of strategically focused partners and a limited number of incubation partners.
• Work in close collaboration with the regional partner team and local sales leadership.
• Drive growth by leveraging the competencies and capabilities of partners.
• Engage with key executives from partner organizations to influence their enterprise automation practices, solution development, and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate efforts with internal teams, including direct sales, pre-sales, customer success, and more.
• Align partners’ go-to-market strategies with the broader country partner and sales strategy while prioritizing investments for optimal business impact.
• Ensure the successful implementation of partners’ strategies to facilitate accelerated growth.
• Over 10 years of experience in Partner and/or Sales Management at the enterprise level within the software/SaaS sector.
• Proven success in establishing and managing strategic partnerships within the local market.
• Extensive hands-on experience collaborating with partners to build practices, develop solutions, enhance certified partner resources, and execute partner marketing plans.
• Ability to work effectively with strategic partners to secure key accounts, generate pipelines, expand geographical reach, and penetrate essential verticals.
• Eager to move quickly and set ambitious goals while remaining humble, open to listening and learning, and fully immersed in the role.
• Passionate and creative in building and developing an enterprise automation market alongside strategic partners.
• Capable of thriving in a highly matrixed organization with strong collaboration skills.
• A highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for themselves and others.
• Proactive, self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable navigating constant change and ambiguity.
• Strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution; ideally possesses experience in driving cross-functional programs or processes.
• Effective at building relationships (both internally and with partners), collaborating, and influencing others; experienced in working with senior executives/partners on cross-company projects.
• Strong communication skills in both the local language and English, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely in both verbal and written formats, and comfortable in business and technical discussions.
