
Senior Paralegal – Litigation and Employment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support to the Director, Legal – Litigation and Employment and Corporate Counsel on various litigation and employment issues.
• Oversee case intake, management, deadlines, and important dates throughout the lifecycle of matters.
• Facilitate e-discovery, document collection, and document review in collaboration with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the legal hold process and ensure compliance monitoring.
• Prepare documentation for mediations, arbitrations, and hearings.
• Assist with claims, demand letters, administrative complaints, law enforcement inquiries, subpoenas, and requests from third parties.
• Maintain systems for case management and matter tracking while overseeing the Service of Process portal.
• Support document retention, record management, employment agreements, policy documentation, and the rollout of employee handbooks.
• Coordinate the scheduling, filings, invoices, and budgets of outside counsel.
• Assist in reductions in force and generate quarterly litigation reports for the CFO and auditors.
• Manage the responses to reports made via the Whistleblower hotline.
• Aid in professional-fee budgeting, forecasting, collections, settlement agreements, and corporate annual filings.
• Provide general administrative and organizational assistance to the Litigation and Employment team.
• Paralegal certificate or a similar combination of education and experience.
• Over 10 years of paralegal experience supporting litigation and/or employment matters in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Proficient understanding of e-discovery processes and legal hold management.
• Experience with case/matter management systems such as Legal Tracker, Gavel, or comparable tools.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the capability to manage a high volume of matters concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different functions in a complex organization and provide coverage for team members as necessary.
