Senior Paid Social Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Drive profitable growth for DTC brands by executing, optimizing, and analyzing high-performing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.

• Oversee and enhance paid social campaigns for a range of rapidly growing DTC e-commerce brands.

• Conduct daily performance monitoring and proactively implement adjustments to boost efficiency and growth.

• Implement comprehensive strategies encompassing prospecting, retargeting, and retention activities.

• Measure and optimize performance against key KPIs such as NC-ROAS, CAC, MER, and eROAS.

• Clearly and confidently communicate updates, insights, and opportunities related to campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with your team to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.

• Assist Growth Strategists during client calls and performance evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in paid social within an agency or DTC e-commerce setting.

• Proficient knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.

• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling e-commerce advertising campaigns.

• Extensive understanding of campaign structure, audience strategy, creative testing, and performance optimization.

• Comfortable with data analysis across Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, and various platform reporting tools.

• Strong commercial awareness and comprehension of e-commerce growth metrics.

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple accounts efficiently.

• A proactive attitude with a strong inclination towards testing and taking action.

• Exceptional communication skills and confidence in client-facing team environments.
