This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging channels.
• Take full ownership of campaign development, launches, quality assurance, ongoing optimization, and budget management from start to finish.
• Apply data-driven enhancements across creative elements, audience targeting, structural organization, and bidding strategies, ensuring thorough documentation of the reasoning behind changes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting performance meetings, providing clear summaries, and proactively sharing successes, potential risks, and recommendations.
• Create clear and engaging performance summaries and updates that effectively translate data into narratives relevant to business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and internal stakeholders, to implement integrated growth initiatives.
• 3–5+ years of direct experience in paid social, with the capability to work independently at a senior level.
• Proficient in Meta and TikTok platforms; familiarity with YouTube and Pinterest is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills — able to interpret performance data, generate hypotheses, take action, and document insights learned.
• Detail-oriented with a proven history of executing error-free across complex account structures and substantial budgets.
• Self-motivated and proactive — capable of identifying issues independently and proposing solutions along with the problems.
• Experience with measurement and attribution frameworks across the marketing funnel (including brand lift, sales lift, search lift, and e-commerce) is a plus.
