This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• The Paid Media Senior Strategist is tasked with overseeing the execution, performance, and expansion of their marketing services within their portfolio.
• They manage the most intricate, enterprise-level accounts and are highly esteemed for their expertise in Paid Media advertising.
• The Senior Strategist excels in high-pressure situations, adeptly handling challenging client inquiries, tough discussions, obstacles, and account-related issues.
• In addition to their Paid Media expertise, the Senior Strategist possesses a strong grasp of cross-channel strategies and understands how their service influences the overall media mix.
• They are focused on the success of the clients' businesses, aligning their efforts with broader business objectives, and effectively communicating with Executives.
• They are accountable for reporting, optimizations, client communications, and the execution of all facets of campaign creation and management, sometimes with assistance from a Specialist.
• The Senior Strategist is adept at delivering insights and forward-thinking strategies to clients on a continuous basis, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their service’s strategy and the key levers to enhance performance.
• 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in an agency environment.
• A minimum of 4 years of direct experience with Search Engine Marketing.
• Experience in campaign development and optimization processes, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development for large enterprise-level accounts.
• Extensive campaign management experience in at least three of the following additional campaign types:
• Performance Max
• Standard Shopping
• YouTube Ads
• Display Advertising
• Local campaigns
• Bing Ads
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics.
• Expert understanding of funnel marketing and the role of paid media within the marketing funnel.
• Strong capability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data, transcending mere statistics to convey the narrative.
• Additional skills required include:

• A strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly and independently.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is a prerequisite for this position.
