This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee 2 to 3 client accounts that require substantial management across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Establish account strategies and take responsibility for bidding and account structure decisions.
• Project budgets, oversee pacing, and report monthly results.
• Create weekly client reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Supervise Paid Search Managers through one-on-one meetings, development plans, and evaluations.
• Assess team deliverables and uphold quality standards across client accounts.
• Engage in the hiring process.
• Step in to improve underperforming accounts.
• Produce blog articles and create paid search playbooks.
• Monitor platform updates and clarify their impacts on accounts.
• Conduct internal sessions and webinars.
• Execute reporting and analysis using Claude with skills and MCP connectors.
• Develop reusable AI skills and workflows.
• Critically assess AI-generated outputs and uphold quality benchmarks.
• Lead prospect audits and deliver findings during pitches.
• Reconcile platform data with attribution tools and client reports.
• Spot tracking issues before they influence reporting.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, preferably in an agency setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Ads is advantageous.
• Experience in people management or serving as an informal resource for the team.
• Profound understanding of SEM principles, backed by defendable data-driven insights.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking configurations.
• Experience in developing AI tools, workflows, reporting tools, or scripts.
• Competence in spreadsheets, including pacing models, pivot tables, and audit sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored for diverse audiences.
• Capability to present to founders or executives.
• Proactive approach to owning performance outcomes.
• Experience with shopping feeds, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or hands-on tracking implementation is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English.
