This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Spearhead the strategy and execution of paid search: take charge of comprehensive planning, campaign creation, and continuous optimization on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Enhance performance through systematic optimization: meticulously manage bid strategies, keyword targeting, and audience lists.
• Conduct a thorough experimentation program: design and implement ongoing A/B tests across ad copy, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Oversee landing page strategy and testing: collaborate closely with the Web team to ensure that post-click experiences reflect ad intent.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales: regularly evaluate lead quality in partnership with the Sales team.
• Coordinate with Organic Search: work alongside the Organic team to exchange keyword intent signals.
• Take responsibility for attribution and reporting: assess and communicate the influence of paid search on leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue.
• Manage budget meticulously: monitor and forecast spending, pacing, and efficiency metrics.
• Stay informed about trends: keep up with platform advancements, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
• Proven experience in managing B2B paid search campaigns at scale, with over 6 years of direct involvement in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising management.
• Emphasis on quality over quantity - possess an understanding of what constitutes a good-fit customer.
• Proficient in managing substantial budgets effectively, overseeing an annual paid search expenditure of $1M or more.
• A dedicated experimenter who develops structured tests across copy, targeting, and landing pages.
• Knowledgeable in various attribution modeling techniques.
• Enthusiastic about leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance search performance.
• A strong collaborator across functions, at ease working with diverse teams.
• Analytically astute and commercially savvy, capable of converting complex data into actionable insights.
