This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison for clients engaged in paid search campaigns.
• Take ownership of the creation and implementation of comprehensive search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging display platforms.
• Ensure alignment of paid search projects with overarching business objectives and integrated media strategies.
• Actively seek out growth opportunities and recommend innovative tactics, tests, and investments.
• Supervise daily campaign execution across Search, Shopping/PMax, Demand Gen, App, and/or Video strategies.
• Drive continuous optimizations, including bidding strategies, audience targeting, creative testing, and improvements to account structure.
• Ensure that campaigns are progressing effectively towards budgets and performance goals.
• Regularly test and iterate to enhance efficiency, scale, and incrementality.
• Manage budgets across various accounts with a strong emphasis on accuracy and performance.
• Monitor daily and weekly pacing to make necessary adjustments that align spending with objectives.
• Predict performance and investment requirements based on historical data and trends.
• Own the reporting schedule and communicate performance metrics with clients.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights linked to business outcomes.
• Utilize tools such as GA4, platform reporting, and CRM data to guide strategy.
• Craft narratives that extend beyond metrics to elucidate impact and next steps.
• Collaborate with paid social, SEO, and programmatic teams to ensure alignment and a cohesive strategy.
• Contribute to integrated media planning and comprehensive performance strategies.
• Identify ways in which search can enhance or support other channels.
• Strong proficiency in paid search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) with at least 5 years of experience in paid search.
• Experience in managing budgets, pacing, and performance across various accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate client relationships and effectively communicate performance results.
• In-depth knowledge of search tactics, including keyword strategy, bidding, and automation.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with GA4 and/or CRM integrations is advantageous.
• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications are preferred.
• Clear and confident communicator in both client-facing and internal settings.
• Ability to convey performance trends, testing insights, and optimization strategies in an easily understandable manner.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
