Senior Paid Media Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy and implementation for a diverse portfolio of accounts that includes paid search and paid social, covering complex, multi-line businesses.

• Independently manage Google Ads and Meta Ads, leveraging these as core competencies.

• Utilize AI tools for effective bidding, optimization, and creative testing.

• Act as the strategic voice in client meetings.

• Identify account risks at an early stage.

• Collaborate with the Paid Media Team Lead during quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

• Report directly to the Paid Media Team Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of both Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in paid media across search and social platforms.

• Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to conduct client meetings independently.

• Quick learner capable of performing in front of clients immediately.

• Currently engaged and actively working within advertising platforms.

• Proficiency in AI tools for bidding, optimization, and creative testing is highly desirable; otherwise, a strong willingness and speed to learn are expected.

• Prior agency experience is strongly preferred.

• E-commerce experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
