📋 Description

• Take ownership of the paid media strategy and execution for a diverse client portfolio, encompassing channel mix, creative direction, full-funnel architecture, budget oversight, and strategic reporting.

• Strategically plan, initiate, and oversee paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Connected TV, and YouTube, maintaining active programmatic engagement.

• Conduct daily monitoring of campaigns, tracking pacing, performance, and budget adherence across all active accounts to identify issues before they escalate.

• Establish campaigns with the appropriate structure, tracking systems, naming conventions, and attribution from the outset to ensure the reliability of the data utilized.

• Adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creative proactively based on performance indicators.

• Formulate media strategies that align with the entire customer journey, ranging from top-of-funnel awareness and engagement to mid-funnel nurturing and bottom-funnel conversions.

• Provide clear, confident recommendations regarding channel mix, audience architecture, and the rationale for investment shifts.

• Brief creative teams with strategic clarity, detailing not just specifications but the underlying rationale. What role does this creative play? What behavior are we aiming to influence? What defines success?

• Manage substantial media budgets across various clients concurrently, maintaining a disciplined focus on pacing and efficiency.

• Develop and uphold automated reporting systems that minimize manual tasks and provide clients and internal teams with consistent performance visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing paid media at a digital or performance marketing agency. Candidates lacking agency experience will not be considered.

• Proficient in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager. Experience with connected TV platforms and programmatic advertising is essential at this level.

• An understanding of how awareness, consideration, and conversion interrelate, creating media strategies that reflect this comprehension rather than merely a series of campaigns.

• Comfortable overseeing significant paid media budgets across multiple clients simultaneously, with a proven track record of precise pacing and outstanding performance results.

• You monitor your campaigns daily, identifying overspend, underspend, and performance discrepancies early, and take action without needing prompts.

• You don’t just share a dashboard; you articulate what’s happening, its implications for the business, and your recommendations in client-friendly language.

• You form insights regarding effective and ineffective strategies, providing confident recommendations, including the more challenging ones.

• Skilled in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity—whether for research, reporting, copy testing, creative briefing, or strategy—and can discuss how these tools have improved your work.
