This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete strategy, implementation, and enhancement of paid media campaigns across social, programmatic, and emerging platforms.
• Convert revenue and enrollment objectives into scalable acquisition strategies that align with CPA, ROAS, and CAC targets.
• Oversee and optimize multi-channel budgets, taking full responsibility for performance outcomes.
• Create and implement structured testing roadmaps that cover creative elements, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Recognize opportunities for scaling while ensuring efficiency and minimizing channel risk.
• Analyze funnel performance and offer actionable insights to enhance conversion rates and overall acquisition efficiency.
• Construct and maintain clear, performance-oriented reporting; provide weekly and monthly insights to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to synchronize messaging, optimize user journeys, and enhance campaign performance.
• Utilize platform insights, beta opportunities, and industry trends to foster innovation within the paid channel mix.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution alignment, and the integrity of campaign measurement.
• Regularly assess new platforms, audience strategies, and purchasing methods to diversify and bolster acquisition efforts.
• Function with a high level of autonomy in daily bid management, budget allocation, and optimization decisions.
• Clearly and persuasively communicate performance metrics, delivering compelling presentations, dashboards, and storytelling for stakeholders, translating results into actionable recommendations and next steps.
• Exhibit strong growth instincts and industry knowledge, keeping up-to-date with channel trends and privacy/measurement updates.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience managing social and programmatic media platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a sharp attention to detail.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Awareness of current social media trends and emerging platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of paid media mechanics, including pixel implementation/CAPI integration, KPI optimization, audience targeting, and bid/budget management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
