This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• The Senior Paid Media Specialist is responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of paid media accounts.
• This role involves creating, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other pertinent platforms.
• Conduct regular audits of accounts to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Formulate and implement detailed account strategies for onboarding new clients and expanding significant accounts.
• Oversee budget pacing and allocation for the assigned portfolio.
• Offer expert guidance on campaign creation, optimization tactics, and troubleshooting issues.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of standardized workflows, optimization checklists, and campaign creation guides.
• 3-5 years of direct experience in paid media management within an agency environment.
• Necessary certifications include Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Measurement) and Meta Blueprint (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in mentoring or training junior team members.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, Video) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis techniques.
• Comprehensive understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and CRM integrations.
