This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Assume complete responsibility and lead all digital performance marketing initiatives.
• Design and implement SEM, SMM, and SEO campaigns across various platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
• Oversee the entire campaign execution process: from ad creation and targeting to optimization and reporting.
• Perform keyword research, conduct A/B testing, and continuously improve campaigns to enhance ROI.
• Manage and monitor digital marketing budgets, pinpointing areas for cost optimization.
• Work closely with content, design, and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns.
• Formulate and execute social media strategies aimed at increasing engagement, brand awareness, and customer retention.
• Generate, schedule, and share social media content (graphics, captions, videos) that aligns with campaigns and brand identity.
• Keep an eye on trends, monitor engagement, and modify content and posting strategies as necessary.
• Manage customer interactions and feedback on social media to uphold a positive brand image.
• Plan and organize online and offline events including logistics, marketing materials, and follow-ups after the events.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance, website traffic, social media metrics, and other digital KPIs.
• Produce actionable reports and insights to enhance campaigns and aid in decision-making.
• Conduct data-driven A/B tests and refine campaigns based on performance insights.
• Regularly present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to management, showcasing accountability for results and ROI.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Practical experience in executing paid campaigns (SEM, SMM, SEO) and overseeing social media accounts.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems, WordPress/Elementor, and various social media platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects from start to finish while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
• Strong creative, strategic, and analytical skills to convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
