
Senior Paid Media Manager – Google, Amazon, Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will assume complete operational responsibility for our three paid advertising channels: Google Ads (including Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube), Amazon PPC (comprising Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display), and Native Ads (Taboola/Outbrain).
• You will autonomously manage campaign structures, bidding strategies, budget distribution, and ongoing A/B testing across all channels.
• You will collaborate closely with our Head of Growth, who provides strategic direction, while you apply your hands-on expertise to execute it.
• You will actively engage with our attribution and BI tools (e.g., getklar, adtribute, Triple Whale) and leverage the data for specific optimization decisions.
• You will ensure clean tracking, including cross-domain tracking, server-side tracking, and conversion modeling, identifying issues before they become apparent to others.
• You will work in partnership with the creative team, offering platform-specific insights: understanding what succeeds in Search, what performs well on Amazon product detail pages (PDPs), and what is effective as a Native advertorial.
• You will utilize AI tools—particularly Claude—for analysis, research, reporting, and accelerating processes.
• You will keep an eye on competitors and platform updates across all three channels, implementing relevant insights promptly.
• Several years of proven senior experience in Google Ads and Amazon PPC—preferably within a D2C environment, demonstrating direct ROAS and revenue impact.
• A thorough understanding of Direct Response Marketing: you recognize the distinction between a profitable funnel and a costly awareness campaign.
• Strong expertise in tracking and measurement: GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, cross-domain—you comprehend the underlying mechanics.
• Experience with attribution tools (such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar)—you can interpret the data and respond accordingly.
• Amazon expertise that extends beyond basic keyword bidding: you grasp listing optimization, BSR dynamics, and the principles of the Amazon algorithm.
• Experience with Native Ads (Taboola/Outbrain) or a clear eagerness to help establish this channel.
• You operate in a structured, independent, and efficient manner—without the need for micromanagement.
• Proficiency in Claude/AI: you utilize AI as a genuine tool for enhancing efficiency, rather than as a mere novelty.
