This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee paid acquisition initiatives across a diverse portfolio catering to licensed healthcare and wellness professionals.
• Take charge of the strategy and execution for paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) and paid social (Meta).
• Directly manage and enhance campaigns within Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Ensure the accuracy of conversion tracking across various platforms, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, and offline conversion imports.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, with direct responsibility for platform management.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple brands and priorities at the same time.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
