This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ You will take complete ownership of paid media for a range of brands that prioritize performance. This includes strategy, channel mix, execution, optimization, reporting, and explaining the data in a comprehensible manner.
β’ You will spearhead paid media strategy across all critical channels: audience targeting, budget distribution, funnel design, and campaign structure.
β’ You will transform a client brief into a resilient media plan. Following that, you will implement, launch, and manage the ongoing operations.
β’ This entails hands-on setup and trafficking across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and any additional channels specified in the plan.
β’ You will also be responsible for reporting. Create dashboards, establish reporting intervals, and provide insights. Measure against KPIs and benchmarks, and suggest next steps.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in paid media within an agency or performance-driven environment.
β’ Extensive expertise in TikTok Ads β including campaign types, creative formats, and auction dynamics. This is essential.
β’ Strong familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube).
β’ Proven experience with Lead Generation campaigns (lead forms, landing page funnels) and App Install / App Event campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
β’ Ability to manage six-figure monthly budgets with confidence.
β’ A history of successfully leading client relationships.
β’ Proficiency in at least one reporting platform (Funnel.io, Looker Studio, Tableau, Agency Analytics, or similar).
β’ Highly organized, proactive, and capable of overseeing multiple accounts without losing focus.
β’ Experience with LinkedIn Ads is highly preferred.
β’ Bonus Experience (not required): Website and pixel tracking: tag setup, event tracking, GA4, GTM; Server-side tracking: Conversions API, GTM server-side; Mobile app tracking and MMPs: Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch; Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): A/B testing, landing page optimization.
