Senior Paid Media Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Initiate, enhance, and oversee daily Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.

• Administer budgets, evaluate performance metrics, and propose modifications to boost ROAS and CTR.

• Gather and analyze performance reports, utilizing data to guide subsequent actions.

• Deliver insights and recommendations to the Paid Media Lead and appropriate stakeholders.

• Offer feedback on ad concepts, particularly regarding messaging and target demographics.

• Work alongside copywriters and designers to ensure that final ad creatives align with performance objectives.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ad perspectives and creative tests.

• Engage in campaign planning meetings, providing data-driven insights to inform adjustments and new strategies.

• Keep abreast of emerging paid media tools, algorithms, and best practices across Google and Facebook.

• Make minor edits in Adobe Photoshop or Canva to refine creative assets.

• Utilize no-code marketing automation tools to enhance client marketing workflows and processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a paid media or digital marketing role, ideally within an agency setting (not mandatory).

• Practical experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts.

• Advanced expertise in data analysis, campaign optimization, and performance metrics.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4 is a plus), and standard reporting tools (Data Studio, Excel/Google Sheets).

• Basic familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software (preferred but not essential).

• Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).

• Attention to detail in setting up and monitoring campaigns; ability to identify small details that significantly impact performance measurement.

• Self-driven, with a desire to learn and quickly adapt to new strategies or platform updates.

• Comfortable collaborating with others and accepting guidance while also contributing suggestions to enhance results.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently.
