Senior Paid Ads Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Meta advertising campaigns for a portfolio comprising 10+ active client accounts.

• Develop, test, and refine effective lead generation funnels, video sales letters (VSLs), and structures for booked calls.

• Take responsibility for client relationships, conducting weekly strategy sessions and delivering performance reports with clarity and assurance.

• Keep track of budgets, pacing, and delivery to guarantee efficient cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).

• Collaborate with the founder to create and test bold ad creatives, hooks, and messaging strategies.

• Actively identify underperforming metrics and implement solutions proactively to prevent negative impacts on the client’s profitability.

• Document and systematize media buying procedures to ensure scalability for future hires.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing monthly Meta ad expenditures ranging from $30k to $100k+ across various accounts.

• Specialized knowledge within the home services, home improvement, or contractor sectors.

• Comprehensive understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and the ability to prioritize lead quality over mere volume.

• Strong ownership mentality: you are proactive in identifying opportunities and solving issues independently.

• Expertise in performance metrics, including maintaining a minimum of 2x ROAS (at 30% profit margins) for clients.

• Highly organized testing approach with an emphasis on data-driven experimentation rather than random changes.

• Outstanding communication abilities and the capability to lead client-facing calls autonomously.

• Availability to work within or have significant overlap with EST/CST business hours.

• Experience in mentoring or evaluating the work of junior media buyers.

• Familiarity with CRM integration and lead tracking for local service businesses.

• Extensive knowledge of funnel building software and optimizing landing pages.
