Senior Paid Ads Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management of paid advertisements on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.

• Daily creation, launching, and optimization of campaigns from the ground up.

• Segmenting Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and building/testing Custom, Lookalike, and Matched Audiences.

• Crafting persona-specific messaging tailored for each ad set.

• Overseeing budgets, frontloading, bidding, and scaling campaigns in a controlled manner.

• Composing headlines and body copy in both German and English.

• Conducting systematic A/B testing for copy, creative elements, and calls to action (CTAs).

• Developing KPI dashboards to monitor performance.

• Managing conversion tracking, UTM structures, and lead attribution.

• Orchestrating setup, quality assurance, and launches of campaigns.

• Documenting insights gained from each test to ensure scalable campaign operations.

• Overseeing a personal portfolio of B2B client projects and serving as a sparring partner.

• Facilitating weekly ad account reviews with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on paid advertisements on LinkedIn or Meta.

• Proven experience in personally launching campaigns on LinkedIn or Meta.

• In-depth understanding of the cost and performance metrics related to CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CPA.

• A structured, data-driven approach to work.

• Openness to critically challenge established assumptions.

• Strong interest in LinkedIn and Meta platforms.

• Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, or automation via Zapier.

• Proficiency in writing headlines and body copy in both German and English.
