Senior P2P Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the functional design, configuration, and testing activities of Workday P2P.

• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT departments to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

• Convert accounting requirements into functional specifications for the technical team.

• Configure and manage the Workday Procurement, Supplier Accounts, and Accounts Payable modules.

• Facilitate end-to-end P2P process enhancements, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and offer post-implementation support.

• Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of Workday updates and suggest improvements to utilize new features effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Experience in Workday Implementation.

• Over 3 years of functional experience with Workday Finance, particularly in P2P.

• Strong knowledge of procurement workflows, supplier lifecycle, and Accounts Payable processes.

• Demonstrated success in Workday configuration, testing, and deployment.

• In-depth understanding of the Accounting Equation and its application within a digital ledger system.

• Proficiency in P2P and intercompany reconciliations, with a proven ability to identify and resolve complex ledger variances for end-users.

• Established track record in managing intricate External and Intercompany P2P reconciliations, and implementing Workday Business Assets, using an accounting perspective to address user-related financial discrepancies and enhance period-end closing processes.
