Senior Outsourced Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage assigned projects

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s operations

• Evaluate all workpapers

• Assess financial statements for precision and thoroughness

• Examine balance sheet accounts and prepare necessary reconciliations

• Execute daily posting of cash transactions and ensure timely cash reconciliations

• Conduct periodic internal audits on designated activities

• Investigate and help resolve issues that arise during engagements

• Collaborate with key client management personnel

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is mandatory

• Three to four years of experience as a senior accountant

• Advanced computer proficiency and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Commitment to providing exceptional client service

• Outstanding project management, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Capability to multitask and complete projects within specified timeframes and deadlines

• Highly driven self-starter who is reliable
