This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, which include managing vendor invoices, contractor payments, client bills, and reimbursements.
• Ensure payment workflows are maintained by updating financial systems, monitoring loan statuses, and keeping repayment records current.
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations, track repayments, and verify bank account details.
• Manage loan accounts by calculating partial and full repayments, closing client accounts, and collaborating with third parties as required.
• Reconcile loan documentation, investigate any discrepancies, and guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of financial and loan data.
• Coordinate with law firms regarding refunds, payment confirmations, and other banking or payment-related inquiries.
• Assist in the preparation of both regular and ad hoc financial reports.
• Address client and law firm queries by providing invoices, remittance advice, and other payment-related information while ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance operations, with practical experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, loan administration, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Xero; experience with CRM systems is highly valued.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to accurately process large volumes of financial transactions.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling professional interactions with clients, law firms, and internal stakeholders.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
