Senior Outbound Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the growth of the Internal Developer Portal (IDP) as part of the Strategic Products Growth team.

• Achieve a new-ARR target for the IDP product line through cross-selling and product-led revenue initiatives.

• Serve as the product expert, assisting sales through demos, technical sales, discovery, RFP responses, and addressing technical questions.

• Provide technically precise and value-oriented product demonstrations customized to customer needs.

• Lead discovery efforts through content creation and thought leadership regarding AI's influence on developer experience.

• Create and share a well-defined opinion on relevant topics.

• Generate 3–5 new marketing or thought-leadership materials within the first 90 days.

• Assemble the go-to-market toolkit, which encompasses content, collateral, business-value assessments, demo environments, and sales enablement resources.

• Relay any deal-blocking issues back to the engineering team.

• Enhance IDP towards a self-sustaining product-led or sales-supported approach.

• Comfortable with demos and capable of carrying sales targets.

• Possess a technical background akin to sales engineering.

• Strong communication and educational skills.

• Experience with developer experience and platforms.

• Proven thought leadership regarding AI's impact on developer experience.

• Well-formed opinions backed by practical experience.

• Willingness to travel to support field functions.

• Background in Growth Product Management or Developer Relations is advantageous but not mandatory.
