This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the monthly Organic MBR analysis and ongoing performance evaluations across SEO, AEO, website/DXP, and the organic funnel.
• Assess SEO performance utilizing GA4, Google Search Console, and various SEO platforms.
• Lead the measurement of AEO focusing on AI visibility, citations, Share of Voice, prompts/topics, engine-level performance, AI referral traffic, competitive/source analysis, and downstream outcomes.
• Develop measurement strategies for AEO, SEO, DXP, and CRO initiatives by employing baselines, intervention dates, comparison groups or matched controls, and post-launch evaluations.
• Evaluate website and funnel performance from organic/AI discovery to landing-page interactions, forms, leads, applications, and enrollments.
• Reconcile data from GA4, GSC, SEO, AEO, and CRM, investigating performance shifts and issues related to tracking or taxonomy.
• Convert findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Establish KPI logic, reporting requirements, analytical perspectives, intervention/change logs, and data quality standards.
• Collaborate with Analytics Solutions and Data Engineering to create scalable Databricks-based reporting processes.
• Act as the primary day-to-day analytics partner for SEO, AEO, organic content, and DXP/CRO stakeholders.
• A minimum of 6 years of practical experience in digital/web analytics, organic/SEO analytics, marketing analytics, or a closely related data-driven field.
• Proficient in advanced SQL.
• Capability to independently extract, join, conduct quality assurance, and analyze complex web, marketing, and CRM datasets within cloud data environments.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of traffic sources, landing pages, events, funnels, rankings/visibility, queries, content performance, and technical SEO principles.
• Proficient in funnel analytics, linking sessions and website behavior to leads, applications, enrollments, and conversion rates.
• Strong skills in analytical diagnostics, data quality assurance, and executive storytelling.
• Experience in defining KPI logic, business requirements, and reporting specifications for BI/Analytics Solutions teams.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Proficient in data visualization techniques sufficient to create effective reporting.
• Understanding of experimentation and causal measurement concepts, including pre/post designs, control or matched-comparison groups, confounding factors, uncertainty/statistical significance, and correlation limits.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AEO/generative-search and experience with Profound, Ahrefs Brand Radar, Semrush AI visibility tools, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: Additional experience in experimentation/causal inference; knowledge of Python or R.
• Preferred: Experience with Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, Salesforce data, Power BI, GSC/API data, web scraping/log-file analysis, DXP/CRO teams, or environments focused on higher education/high-consideration lead generation.
