📋 Description

• Assist the global research team by guaranteeing that over 100 data forecasts are published punctually each month and are entirely accurate.

• Comprehend, organize, prioritize, and implement requested modifications to the internal forecasting tool, which includes adjustments to metadata, data dictionaries, and publication workflows.

• Relay request status and estimated completion timelines to both the research team and leadership.

• Record user challenges, propose potential solutions, alert leadership about recurring and urgent issues, and manage user problems through the appropriate channels.

• Collaborate with the system development team to enhance efficiency and quality proactively.

• Execute ad-hoc data manipulation and analysis tasks, which encompass data aggregation, joins, cleansing, transposing, and renaming.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, with the capability to convey insights through visual storytelling.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management tasks, coupled with strong analytical thinking and a desire for continuous learning.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a geographically dispersed Operations team.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico at the time of hiring.

• The company cannot provide immigration or work permit support for this role.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Python and Generative AI, providing a solid foundation for data analysis and innovative solutions.
