This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.
• Oversee the technical setup, management, and enhancement of Oracle HCM and associated technologies.
• Design, create, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise applications.
• Configure and oversee security roles, data access, and technical controls to meet business and compliance needs.
• Develop and sustain data conversion, migration, and interface processes.
• Aid in the technical design for new Oracle HCM features, improvements, and module implementations.
• Collaborate with functional analysts to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Direct technical testing efforts, including unit tests, integration tests, and deployment validation.
• Manage quarterly Oracle HCM releases by assessing new functionalities, evaluating impacts, coordinating technical testing, and aiding in production deployments.
• Monitor system performance, diagnose complex technical problems, and address root causes.
• Create technical documentation, integration specifications, and support procedures.
• Set technical standards and best practices for Oracle HCM configuration, integrations, and data management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and enterprise application teams to ensure platform reliability and performance.
• Facilitate technical governance, audit preparedness, and compliance with security and privacy standards.
• Assess technical solutions that enhance automation, scalability, and system performance.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to team members and project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of experience supporting enterprise HCM applications or business systems.
• More than 5 years of direct technical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proficiency in configuring and supporting Oracle HCM technical components, integrations, security, and data migration.
• Experience in developing and maintaining integrations among enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience in supporting system implementations, upgrades, and production releases.
• Strong grasp of application security, data management, and system performance.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across integrated enterprise applications.
