Senior Oracle HCM Consultant, Time & Labour

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Senior Oracle HCM Time & Labour Consultant in an international Oracle HCM and payroll transformation initiative.

• Configure, analyze, and enhance Oracle HCM Time and Labor functionalities.

• Design, modify, and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formula and conversion formulas.

• Configure and resolve challenges related to time-sensitive payroll components.

• Provide support for work schedules, shifts, time entry regulations, time calculation rules, and corresponding time configurations.

• Analyze intricate time calculation, payroll integration, and configuration challenges, and conduct root-cause analysis.

• Assist with testing, defect resolution, stabilization, and payroll validation activities.

• Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, HR IT, implementation partners, and other Oracle HCM consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of practical experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant.

• Strong implementation background in Oracle HCM Time and Labor / Time & Labour.

• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Oracle Fast Formula and conversion formulas.

• Profound understanding of time-related payroll components and time-to-payroll processes.

• Comprehensive knowledge of work schedules, shifts, time rules, time calculations, and associated Oracle HCM configurations.

• Experience in troubleshooting complex functional and technical Oracle HCM Time & Labour challenges.

• Background in international Oracle HCM implementation or transformation projects.

• Proficient in English.

• Capability to work independently in a senior consulting capacity.

• Experience in global or multi-country payroll transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with integrating Oracle HCM Time & Labour with external payroll providers.

• Knowledge of payroll interfaces and time-to-payroll data flows.

• Experience with Oracle Payroll.

• Experience in multi-country Oracle HCM rollouts.

• Involvement in supporting SIT, UAT, payroll testing, or parallel payroll runs.

• Experience in complex international HR technology settings.

• Previous involvement in an existing Oracle HCM implementation during a critical project phase.
