Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Project / Functional Lead for the delivery of consulting services related to Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Perform business process analysis, document decisions, and configure requirements effectively.

• Develop recommendations and solutions for configuration and design while sharing best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Oversee project management activities, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets, while addressing issues that arise.

• Lead testing efforts by writing test scripts, preparing testing data, and resolving testing issues.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Offer support for sales opportunities with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

• Assist with Oracle HCM Cloud product demonstrations for the services sales team.

• Provide support during sales calls and meetings.

• Help in the development of sales service package offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation is required, demonstrating successful project delivery throughout the full project lifecycle for Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Oracle HCM Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and/or Talent Management.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud technology implementation and project management and/or as a Functional Lead is required.

• Over 2 years of experience providing support for Oracle HCM Cloud product demonstrations is a plus.

• At least 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud sales scoping support is a plus.

• Experience with eBS or PeopleSoft is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of HR business processes at all levels, including Employee, Managers, and HR Business Partners.
