• Serve as a Senior Technical Integration Consultant for a worldwide Oracle HCM to ADP payroll outsourcing initiative.
• Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial kick-off to implementation, rollout, testing, and hypercare.
• Evaluate, modify, and optimize existing Oracle HCM standard connectors for ADP, particularly concerning localized payroll needs.
• Assist in integration scenarios for ADP GlobalView and/or ADP Celergo, depending on the project's scope and country-specific rollout.
• Design and develop custom integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP when standard connectors are inadequate.
• Define and confirm payroll-relevant data mappings between Oracle HCM and ADP.
• Collaborate with Oracle HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, APIs, OIC, or similar middleware/integration technologies.
• Coordinate technical interface requirements with ADP, internal IT, HR, payroll, and stakeholders from local countries.
• Support the implementation and rollout processes for multiple countries running concurrently.
• Organize and lead technical integration workshops.
• Assist with SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
• Investigate interface errors, data quality problems, and payroll integration defects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, mapping documents, and handover materials.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to the internal client team.
• Several years of experience as a technical consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Oracle HCM integrations, preferably in global payroll transformation or payroll outsourcing initiatives.
• Strong background in integrations between Oracle HCM and external payroll providers.
• Ideally, prior project experience with ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, or other ADP payroll solutions.
• Solid understanding of payroll-related HR master data, compensation data, organizational data, employee lifecycle events, and country-specific payroll requirements.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM integration technologies such as: HCM Extracts, HDL / HSDL, BI Publisher, REST / SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud / OIC.
• Capability to translate global and local payroll requirements into scalable integration designs.
• Experience in complex international rollout environments with multiple countries operating in parallel.
• Strong analytical abilities in data mapping, interface design, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
• Experience collaborating with external payroll providers, implementation partners, and distributed global teams.
• Proficient in managing senior stakeholders across HR, payroll, IT, vendors, and local country organizations.
• Hands-on, systematic, and delivery-focused working approach.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic project environment with stringent deadlines.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
