Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead impactful Oracle Cloud ERP implementations by steering cross-functional teams through the design, configuration, and deployment phases to provide scalable solutions in Finance and Supply Chain areas.

• Conduct business process workshops, facilitate stakeholder interviews, and lead requirements gathering sessions across various business functions;

• Convert business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solutions that adhere to best practices and industry benchmarks;

• Oversee the configuration and rollout of Oracle Cloud ERP modules to fulfill business goals and Oracle specifications;

• Create and implement comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions utilizing OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView, and FDI;

• Formulate and execute test plans, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist with training/change management;

• Provide reporting and analytics through OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView, and FDI;

• Serve as the escalation point for functional issues, ensuring timely resolutions and upholding quality assurance;

• Offer thought leadership and contribute to the architecture, strategy, and ongoing enhancement of the Oracle Cloud practice;

• Aid in project planning, estimation, and risk management;

• Engage in pre-sales activities including demonstrations, RFPs, and client presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree;

• At least 8 years of experience with Oracle ERP (Cloud ERP, PeopleSoft, or EBS);

• A minimum of 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations in a senior or lead capacity;

• Strong comprehension of financial and supply chain processes, with the capability to design and refine complex business solutions;

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships at all levels, including with executives;

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView, FDI);

• Demonstrated capability to monitor project deliverables, manage scope, and ensure accountability within a consulting team;

• Competent in requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and user training;

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts;

• Adaptable in dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities.
