Senior Oracle Cloud Consultant – SCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Supplier Qualification, and Inventory Management, while designing scalable and optimized solutions that adhere to industry best practices.

• Facilitate regular cadence meetings with stakeholders, manage configurations, create Lean specifications, and conduct Functional Unit Tests (FUTs) and solution validations.

• Organize requirement gathering workshops to convert business needs into effective Oracle solutions.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and process owners, offering recommendations for process enhancements and automation opportunities within the P2P lifecycle.

• Lead Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions, demonstrations, and user training sessions.

• Take ownership of module-level delivery throughout the project lifecycle, from Design to Build to Test to Deploy.

• Ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and budget limitations.

• Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Provide support during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live stabilization phases.

• Define integration points and assist in execution with technical teams.

• Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts, reviewing deliverables to ensure adherence to best practices.

• Create accelerators, templates, and reusable assets while contributing to the development of Highstreet IT’s Oracle SCM practice and go-to-market strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience working with Oracle SCM.

• At least 2–3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.

• Demonstrated experience in leading module-level delivery.

• Experience in global consulting environments is preferred.

• Strong hands-on knowledge in Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Supplier Qualification frameworks, and Inventory Management.

• Comprehensive understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

• In-depth knowledge of data migration and system integrations.

• Familiarity with FBDI templates, REST/SOAP integrations, OTBI, and BIP reporting.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the capability to independently lead workshops and solution discussions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, global delivery environment.
