Senior Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Utilize expertise and knowledge to plan and oversee initiatives and activities aimed at enhancing the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of study delivery.

• Design and execute processes, change management strategies, and standards to achieve operational excellence.

• Lead assessments of business processes and workflows.

• Engage in root-cause analysis and problem-solving techniques alongside stakeholders.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 5-7 years of experience in change management, operations support, and process improvement.

• Background in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development or proven competency in the essential areas of the role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
