This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist in realizing the vision and dedication to ongoing enhancement in operational excellence across all functions.
• Oversee the assessment of business workflows and processes to pinpoint areas for improvement or automation under the guidance of a supervisor.
• Engage with stakeholders in root-cause analysis techniques to uncover fundamental process challenges.
• Aid in formulating recommendations for process enhancements, utilizing input from subject matter experts for critical insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to prioritize opportunities for improvement and support strategic goals.
• Collaborate on the design and execution of new business processes, considering organizational context and priorities.
• Direct change management initiatives and assist the business through a communication framework evaluation of the impact on roles, employing various strategies to bolster change management efforts for effective adoption and sustainability of process modifications.
• Manage internal communications to keep stakeholders informed about progress, performance, critical issues, and obstacles that may affect business objectives or the successful completion of programs and projects.
• Recognize operational risks and spearhead the execution of mitigation strategies.
• Ensure or oversee the documentation of business processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to define key performance metrics and dashboards for tracking operational performance.
• Offer insights on training and guidance to teams regarding new processes and how to recognize improvement opportunities, fostering awareness of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote standardized best practices and processes throughout the organization to guarantee consistency and sustainability.
• Evaluate, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of new initiatives and processes, making necessary adjustments.
• Monitor the adoption of processes, systems, and organizational changes to ensure long-term and sustained adherence.
• Prepare and maintain tools and templates to facilitate execution.
• Organize meetings, take notes, and track action items.
• Travel as required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in change management, operations support, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development or proven competency in the key responsibilities of the role.
• Strong background in drug development with an understanding of other relevant functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal and training capabilities.
• Self-driven and detail-oriented.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams.
• High level of professionalism, ownership, and pride in the quality of deliverables.
• Understanding of change management models (e.g., ADKAR) and utilization of change radars.
• Adaptable attitude towards work assignments and ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
