This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Support the vision and dedication to ongoing enhancement in operational excellence throughout all activities.
• Oversee the assessment of business processes and workflows to pinpoint opportunities for improvement or automation, guided by a supervisor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders using root-cause problem-solving methods to uncover fundamental process challenges.
• Assist in formulating recommendations for process enhancements, utilizing input from subject matter experts.
• Work alongside cross-functional leadership to prioritize improvement opportunities and back strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate on designing and implementing new business processes while considering organizational context and priorities.
• Spearhead change management initiatives and support the business through an evaluation of communication frameworks regarding the impact on roles, employing various strategies to facilitate change management efforts for the adoption and sustainability of process modifications.
• Direct internal communications to effectively inform stakeholders about progress, performance, significant issues, and obstacles that could affect business goals or the completion of critical programs and projects.
• Identify operational risks and lead the execution of mitigation strategies.
• Ensure or direct the documentation of business processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to define key performance metrics and dashboards for tracking operational performance.
• Offer insights and guidance to teams on new processes and how to spot improvement opportunities, raising awareness of continual improvement initiatives.
• Promote standardized best practices and processes across the organization to guarantee consistency and sustainability.
• Evaluate, measure, and analyze the success of new initiatives and processes, making necessary adjustments.
• Monitor the adoption of process, system, and organizational changes to ensure long-term and sustained acceptance.
• Prepare and maintain tools and templates to facilitate execution.
• Schedule meetings, take notes, and keep track of actions.
• Travel as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in change management, operations support, and process improvement.
• Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development or proven competency in the essential areas of the role.
• Strong drug development background with an understanding of other functions relevant to the position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal and training abilities.
• Self-driven and detail-oriented.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• High level of professionalism, ownership, and pride in the quality of work.
• Understanding of change management models (e.g., ADKAR) and the utilization of change radars.
• Adaptable attitude towards work assignments and ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
