• Strategize and oversee initiatives for delivering studies to sponsors.

• Drive process evaluations and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Partner with stakeholders to address root-cause issues effectively.

• Formulate recommendations for enhancements.

• Assist in change management initiatives and communication strategies.

• Define key performance indicators for operational oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 5-7 years of experience in change management, operational support, and process improvement.

• Background in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development.

• Strong comprehension of drug development processes and associated functions.
