Senior Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Strategize and oversee projects and activities aimed at enhancing the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of study delivery.

• Create and execute processes, change management strategies, standards, or operational plans.

• Implement functional priorities with minimal supervision.

• Facilitate internal communication to keep stakeholders informed about progress, performance, and critical issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 5-7 years of experience in change management, operational support, and process improvement.

• Background in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development.
