Senior Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in realizing the vision and commitment to ongoing improvement in operational excellence across all activities.

• Oversee the assessment of business processes and workflows to uncover opportunities for enhancement or automation, guided by a supervisor.

• Collaborate with stakeholders using root-cause analysis techniques to pinpoint fundamental process challenges.

• Work alongside cross-functional leadership to prioritize enhancement opportunities and back strategic initiatives.

• Manage internal communications to keep stakeholders informed on progress, performance, key issues, and obstacles that may affect business goals or the completion of critical programs and projects.

• Develop and sustain tools and templates to facilitate execution.

• Organize meetings, document discussions, and monitor action items.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

• 5-7 years of experience in change management, operations support, and process improvement.

• Background in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development or proven proficiency in the role's key areas.

• Extensive drug development experience with an understanding of other functions pertinent to the position.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.

• Strong interpersonal and training capabilities.

• Self-driven and detail-oriented.

• Knowledge of change management models (e.g., ADKAR) and the use of change radars.

• Adaptable mindset regarding work assignments and able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
