Senior Operations Manager – Scalability

📋 Description

• Take charge of the weekly operational rhythm for delivery performance, ensuring transparency in volume, capacity, deadlines, quality, and risks.

• Foster accountability through action tracking, regular follow-ups, and ongoing process enhancements.

• Recognize bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and minimize friction throughout the investigation lifecycle.

• Develop and sustain staffing and capacity models aligned with volume, throughput, and deadlines.

• Collaborate with finance to grasp unit economics and safeguard margins as volume escalates.

• Enhance workflows utilizing existing tools (Google Workspace, dashboards, case systems).

• Implement automation or AI where appropriate to lessen manual tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience leading operations in a service-oriented, high-volume, or rapidly expanding environment.

• Proven background in scaling workflows, enhancing cycle times, and establishing operational rhythms.

• History of boosting operational efficiency without proportionate increases in headcount.

• Experience in capacity planning, forecasting, and performance management.

• Familiarity with operational metrics and basic financial concepts (cost awareness, productivity, budgeting).

• Strong documentation skills (SOPs, process maps, effective communication).

• Technically adept and comfortable with tools, including practical application of AI tools in daily operations.
