Senior Operations Manager, CEMEA Core Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic and operational guidance to the CE & META core delivery team.

• Lead, direct, and support the CE & META Operations Delivery Managers.

• Coach, mentor, and develop teams to enhance capability, engagement, and foster a high-performance culture.

• Drive workforce planning, resource utilization, and capacity management.

• Lead the continuous improvement and standardization of operational processes across the region.

• Develop efficient, transparent, and client-centered working methodologies.

• Monitor operational performance and promote measurable enhancements.

• Support regional business goals and collaborate with compliance and technical teams.

• Improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and client retention.

• Collaborate with regional and broader EMEA stakeholders on common objectives.

• Contribute to growth strategies, resource optimization, and scalable delivery solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in operational leadership, preferably within the assurance, certification, or a similar industry.

• Comprehensive understanding of management systems auditing and certification processes.

• Lead Auditor certification and extensive technical experience.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve exceptional performance.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and influencing.

• A mindset geared towards continuous improvement.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to make sound decisions, manage competing priorities, and maintain composure under pressure.

• Proficiency in business-level English is essential.

• Additional European languages or Arabic would be beneficial.
