This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Delivering visionary leadership for the organization.
• Making critical decisions regarding policy, planning, and strategy.
• Addressing customer concerns in collaboration with the operations team and developing strategies to enhance customer experience, including resolving issues and complaints.
• Creating, implementing, and evaluating operational policies and procedures.
• Assessing and refining organizational processes and workflows, as well as employee needs and required equipment.
• Assisting HR in the recruitment process for senior-level positions.
• Contributing to the promotion of a company culture that fosters high performance and morale.
• Taking a pivotal role in preparing the company budget and growth strategy.
• Implementing strategies to boost company and asset growth.
• Ensuring that all legal and regulatory documentation is filed and overseeing compliance with laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with the management team to define values and mission, as well as planning for both short-term and long-term goals.
• Establishing alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Managing staffing levels, wages, hours, contract labor, and revenues.
• Developing criteria for employee performance evaluations and organizing them (including bonus criteria, KPIs, etc.).
• Motivating employees and leading performance reviews to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
• Identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities for the organization.
• Facilitating communication between workers and the management team.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, adhering to, and enforcing standards and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with key performance objectives to meet business and customer expectations.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing the human resources, finances, operations, or strategies of a complex enterprise.
• A degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial and budgeting processes and principles.
• Ability to foster consensus and build relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the adaptability to shift priorities as needed.
• Proficient in data processing and budget management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Sound personal and professional judgment.
